The Theory of Dialogue Among Civilizations and International Law.

The Theory of Dialogue among Civilizations is a political Theory but contains legal aspects. This Article considere this theory in framework of international law. This theory based on two legal elements which have expressed in international instruments, such as the convents and Declarations. There elements are following: cultural divecity and tolerance. The Cultural Divercity declaration of unesco (2001), for instance, defines the cultural divercity as a common heritage of mankind. The dialuge might not happen witout recogonation of cultures and civilizations, on the other hand, in absence of the tolerance, It will not possible to achive the understanding about common values. Morever, this theory concerns with International law by its purpose. To achive the International peace and co-operation in soleving of Global problems are the purpose of both The theory of dialoge of civilizations and international law. Thus this theory is Confirm with International law system. In addition, It is a competent means for objection to uniltraly of some states. As a result, It can be considered in benefit to mankind and International community.
