Islam, without going to extrems and on the basis of tow principals as: realism and purposefulness has enacted a law system to preserve and stable the family foundation and womenʹs rights. In this system after viewing the differences and commonesses between men and women, a great deal of attemts have been made to maintain and observe the womenʹs rights to the possible extent while endorsing and supporing the basis of family institution. Islam has carried on its efforts toward the stability and dependency of the coaples from eachother and matching these two factors to the independency womenʹs rights and personality. Accordingly, in this system and in the cases which the independency of couples doesnʹt impair the stability of the family they can enjoy it and demand their own wrights. Having the right of possesstion, the right of selecting their husbands and participating in political and social activities independently, women can continue their presence in the society properly. On the other hand when Islam came to the issue of managing and directing the family woman ought to follow the man. Studing the different views on the exigency of the existence of a manager for the family and why it is to be managed by the man and its upshot, on the basis of Islamic system of law, has been provided in this article.
