Criminal Law has based on the principles that are formed by the many years. This principles arised form the philosophical, legally , sociology and Criminolojically theories. For example principles such as: "Presumption of innocence", the principle of "Nullum crimen sine lege, Nullum poena sine lege", the principle of "individual autonomy", the principle of "eguality of punishments" and "attention to human rights and dignity" achieved form dept discussions between philosophers and lawyers. But in the last years this principles missed their original firmly, integrity and validity and many national and international statutes trend into breach of this principles. Therefore this guestion posed that if the human irrespect from essential principles that have relies on them many years and century?
