Further to progresses due to total quality management and management information systems implementation in organizations and companies, business process reengineering is the new trend in the world of business that is called the third wave in management. By using this new management style, companies achieved fundamental and essential changes that in turn lead to decrease in cost of goods and services, better performing of works and activities, more customer satisfaction, increase in productivity, and outstanding increase of their profit. This article relies on the findings of a descriptive research about reengineering the processes of Mashhad Water and Sewage Companyʹs subscribers unit. According to the stages of BPR, the first stage was diagnosis of the present situation and the second stage was drawing a physical model of existing processes of subscribers unit named the As-Is Process. Then through analyzing data of present situation and using existing possibilities and ICT potentials, a logical model for desired situation, named To-Be Model is presented. This model could be a suitable one for presenting better and more rapid services in selling subscription and after sale services in water and sewage companies, as well as other similar companies.
