Ideal Model in planning the Universities &Higher Education Institutes in Iran

In the process of globalization, the universities are considered as one of the most important social institutes. They have to adopt a future-axis approach and identify the opportunities and threats and future challenges. Including strategies and required goals in order to have active reactions against changes, undoubtfully to illustrate the ideal view of university with the function of leading the behaviours and future changes in the field of knowledge and education, will affect the future societies. Therefore by focusing on the ideal situation, what shoud be done to take the university to the ideal level in the word? The present Study aims to maintain the specifications of ideal university through analizing the strategic Documents of a Series of universities, using content analysis method. In adition, the Scientific literature of globalization and consequences on higher education have been reviewed. The paper attempts to provide a basis in planing the rough draft of desired university and suitable perspective
