" The Analysis of cultural obstacles in not developing group work Among Student Formations"

The student formations are nearly successful in forming the group works but they face difficulty in promoting and continuation. Therefore separation, antilogy and ignoring cooperation, Are seen among them. Great number of student formations and disunion among them are the evidents revealing the problem. The centr-piece of the article is to recognize the most important cultural factors which are effective on developing and deepening the group work among student formations. The findings of the research prove that the following factors increase tendency towards group work among individuals: not being Self-willed, social moderateness and tolerance, obeying the law, socal confidence, rationality, decreasing the fatalism and hidden works .There is relation between individuals assessment on his/her own experiences in group work and his/her tendency to do more. Therefore through increasing useful experiences, his/her tendency to do group work will increase and vice versa .
