Learning of Self Guidance in Human Resource Training and Improvement

Man power training programs in organizations have mostly been centralized over inadequacies, and skill deficiencies of the personnel. These programs must create fundamental and disciplined transformation in personnel and increase the organizational effectiveness. Trainings should be planned in a way that the trainees, even in traditional classrooms, actively achieve the information. In this article the self guided training is introduced. Self guided personnelʹs specialties (the activities of self - guided learning), the environments of self- guided learning, self -guided learning application and activities to train self -guided education briefly explained.
