The Position of Knowledge Management in Military Organizations

In the present text the methods of achieving to understanding the existing science in organizations have been introduced and the difference between data and information along with their usage methods, information about science and its management and layers of transformation of different data to knowledge and experience and management (cycle management of science process, science management strengtheners) have been introduced. Also some points as science regarded as the possession of organization, quality and knowledge storage place, the difference between knowledge management and information management, the privileges of knowledge management and the effect taking of successful elements in knowledge management has set forth, and in the resulting section the emphasis has been put on taking advantage of knowledge management in three fields of man power management and technology. In terminating part of the text to reach to success in science management in military organizations, some recommendations have been given.
