Justice and the Duties of Religious State with an Emphasis on Political Jurisprudence

One of the issues occupying the mind of any researcher may be stated in the form of the following question" :Why are oppression, abuse and aggression against individuals, groups and nations found in the modem world, while there arc laws, political powers and law enforcers? "In view of this question, the main goal of the present article is proving the fact that what is lacking in many political systems is "social justice from the viewpoint of political jurisprudence ."In this article, the writer has studied justice in political systems through an analytical-infcrcntial method and by referring to the sources of political jurisprudence, i.e .Quran, Sunnah and reason .Among the findings of this article is the fact that whenever a political system is based on social justice, it will fulfill all needs of human beings .In view of the inability of Liberalism and Socialism as political systems in realizing social justice, the Islamic political system, which is based on social justice, can guide human beings to real felicity
