The security and disciplinary issues can be as the consequences of earthquake, like committing theft or even like foreign security threats. Considering the different aspects of strong earthquake in the past indicates various angles of this approach. Therefore, it is highly important to be aware of success degree or non-success in policing at the time of earthquake and to provide suggestions on probable earthquake in otherplaces.
In this regard, we can say the unpleasant experiment and memory of earthquake in Bam and evaluating the performance of NAJA in policing with a view to managing the earthquake crisis in addition to consider respondentsʹ viewpoints (people, responsible for executive systems and NAJA personnel) in disciplinary operational dominos, intelligence and traffic department domains in the stage of responding and giving assistance and finally grading accomplished measures by NAJA, in attention to their effectiveness level in policing can be used for public and especially for NAJA as an identical and practical model.
The research method of this article is in from of measurement and the gathering information tools to use questionnaire in addition to consider the library documents. It means that the necessary information on the nature of matter has been described and then the data analyzed by using viewpoints and analytic tools.
The results generally indicate that NAJA measures in policing the crisis of Bam earthquake in the domains of disciplinary operation, intelligence and traffic department, in the stage of responding and giving assistance from viewpoint of all respondent (people, responsible for executive systems and NAJA personnel) are higher than average level. At the end, this article is also going to provide the conditions on taking decision and making decision for adapting strategy and necessary operational measures at the time of earthquake by distinguishing the strongness, weakness, opportunities and threats.
