چكيده لاتين :
As there exi sts contradictory points of views regarding the offic ersʹ
responsibility in obeying the legal aulthurity ʹs orders when issuing ilegal
orders, the present pap er attempts at analyzing and even criticising the
current theories and the related rules and regulations. Different scientific
sources have been examined by the author to gather various points of
view s and to campare them with Islamic discources.
