STUDY OF HOW KASHMAR TOWN WOMEN SPEND THEIR LEISURE

One of the most important issues in our lives is pleasure time and how to spend our leisure along with routine jobs and daily life. Regarding the fact that the value and role of women in the society is critical and also the fact that women comprise half of the population of our communities and are regarded as pivots of the families, great care should be taken for their mental and physical health. Leisure time programs are among the ways by which the women can fulfill their motherhood role better and bring up better children and educate them and, accordingly, nurture a healthier generation. In this article, the theoretical concepts of leisure time were investigated and the grounds and reasons affecting these concepts among Kashmar town women were studied. The result of the study showed that the leis ure time in this society has no desirable status and half of the women arenʹt satisfied with the way their pleasure time goes.
