چكيده لاتين :
Managers are decision makers in organizations and their decisions determine organizationʹs success in order to achieve its objectives. Decision making styles of managers differ in organizations which can be influenced by various factors.
Organizational culture is one of the most important determining factors. The culture can shape destiny of organizations through its influence on different elements of the Organization. So it is necessary to familiarize managers and staff with paramount culture and suitable decision making style. Based on Heresy & Blanchard theory employees readiness is of the other determining factors on managersʹ decision making style that is considered as moderator variable in this paper.
The present paper is to study correlation of organizational culture and employeesʹ readiness level with decision making style of managers that its population comprises of 4 active companies in home appliances.
