The Role of Electronic Government in Facilitating Utilization of the New Public Administration in The Islamic Republic of Iran And Presenting a Suitable Model

The purpose of present article is identifying the role of electronic government in facilitating utilization of the new Public Administration in the Islamic Republic of Iran in terms of the four dimensions - models such as : efficiency government, down sizing government, the participation citizens in decision-making and especially having state institutions feel more responsible for solving the problems of undistinguishablility of the role of electronic government in facilitating utilization of the new public administration in the Islamic republic of Iran. None the less, from among experts familiar with the concepts of the new public administration and experts familiar with Electronic Government, 44 peoples from among experts and professors teaching management science and 47 peoples from among expert familiar with Electronic Government working for ministries were selected as statistics population. In this research, regarding to the characteristics a form of statistics population, the way of census and necessary data has gathered by means of question are in stormbound and attributions and documents. By the use of software SPSS win and Lisrel, this research has used statistics tests such as Binomial Tests and line-regression in the form of structural equation models. The result of the research has shown that from among of aforementioned variables , establishing the Electronic Government has not led to the efficiency government, down sizing government, the participation citizens in decision-making and having state institution feel more responsible towards people Also structural equations models test of the results of research showed that from among of the aforementioned variables, the process of down sizing government with 91% coefficient has been the most effective variable and the participation citizens in decision-making with 82% coefficient has been the least effective variable of all . At the end, in addition to explaining the results and detailed findings 1 tried to come to a general conclusion and compare and argue the aforementioned cases and exerted to offer some suggestions applicable to management and unlimitedly 1 offered some suggestions for future studies like the present research.
