چكيده لاتين :
Most of human learning is done through observation of the behaviors and manners of other people. Although this belief is very old, but the most important learning theory implied this concept, is Albert Banduraʹs social learning theory. Based on this theory, he represents a model of observational learning. Many thinkers analyzed and interpreted this theory but the potential capacity of this theory remained unknown. Based on the related literature which is reviewed, there isnʹt any demanding attempt for expanding and elaborating this theory. So, the authors are this article tried to revise the different aspects and key concepts of this theory and then tried to elaborate the model of Banduraʹs observational learning theory.
