User satisfaction of services at information center of Ferdowsi University Central Library

The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the user satisfaction of services at the information center of Ferdowsi University Central Library. To gather the data a questionnaire was used. The population of this research consists of the users who come to the information center to search and retrieve information. The sample population are 70 according to Morgan table. The variables of this research are usersʹ subject fields, degree, job or study place, accessibility to electronic resources, equipments of the information center and the role of librarians in searching, retrieving and users training. Results show the users are satisfied with language, publication date and relevance of retrieved resources, accessibility to electronic resources, and communicating and information seeking skills of librarians. However, users are not satisfied with equipments and the working hours of the information center,
