چكيده لاتين :
The m ajar pu rposc of the persent research is to study the relationship between
quality of work life and productivity among Islamic Azad University (lA U) managers
and to design a mathematical pattern to embody their productivity based on the quality
of work life. The research samples consist ofIAU managers in all branches. Applying
random sampling method, 474 managers as well as 3 employees working for each of
them. a total of 1422 persons, were selected. The tools of the research were two
self-designed questionnaires related to quality ofwark life and produvtivity. All the
employees completed the questionnaires. The resu It of multi-variable regression
indicated that there is a r elatio nship between quality of work life and managersʹ
productivity (/3=0.68, P $0.05). The mathematical pattern of the managersʹ productivity
in lAl! branches based on total quality of work life and their components are as follows:
