Novel Model for Research Management in Higher Education

Having emerged new universal changes in research and education trends , it is necessary to devise strategies in administering these knowledge- based notions in line of current changes.The old managing systems wonʹt respond the need and demands of new scientific generation.This research introduces the main necessary aspects of an ideal research system in higher education along with suggestions for applying such systems in Iran
