چكيده لاتين :
Recognizing roots of quality problems or keys for improving quality can
cause to save resources if significant and effective factors among other
insignificant factors can be recognized. After this, those important factors
can be focused until goals are achieved. Simple approach can be used
continuously. so the grounds for the problems or the keys to improve quality
can be found swiftly. In this study, the Shainin as the Design of Experiment
(DOE) method is introduced and its four phases is used in Roznosh
Kermanshh Company. Although the method is to find significant factors
among other factors, all of the factors seem to be important at first and they
look as if be effective to solve the problems. The method of sieving those
factors used in industrial and servicing sections has been ex pressed and
focused in this article. The problems can be identified in a short time
by considering two goals simultaneously by means of overall evaluation
criteria(OEC), (reducing the deviation of acidity and pH of fana beverages
from targets), finding three factors such as pH of refined water, hardness of
refined water, brix of fana beverages as significant factors and selling the
other factors at levels like those which have minimum of costs
Afterward the problems can be solved by concentrating on those
important factors. Utilizing this method is simple and everybody can
understand scientific approach, even those who may not have powerful
statistical knowledge base, but they are engaged with solving the problems
or improving the quality of the products or processes. Consequently, this
method provides better chance to be compared with another diagnostic
quality methods or methods that are used in improving of quality to be used
continuously. If this method uses completely not only can find roots of the
problems but also can solve the problems.
