چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was 10 consider the effect of strength, plyometric and concurrent exercises on dynamic balance of male athlete students. 60 male athletesʹ students with average and standard deviation age of 23. 18±4.95yr, weight of 72.17±3.09kg and length of 173.58±3.63cm without any precedence of lower extremity, head and vestibular injuries, voluntarily participated in this study. They divided into four groups as follow: group 1: strength exercise, group 2: plyometric exercise, group 3: concurrent (slrength+plyometric) exercise and group 4: control group. One day before from executing of exercises, dynamic balance assessed with using The SEBT test. Within 6 week that 3 exercise groups executing exercise programs, control group asked to continue their daily activities. A day after finishing of applied exercises training, the dynamic balance of subjects are assessed using SEBT test. Descriptive statistics, the Anova and post-hoc Tukey are used for data analysis. Significant increases have shown in reaching distance in all directions for all groups. Likewise, results of study showed that concurrent exercises increased reaching distance more than the strength and plyometric exercises. Plyometric exercise increased for reaching distance in comparison to the strength exercise. Due to results, using strength, plyometric and concurrent exercises (especially concurrent exercises) in training programs are recommended to decrease likelihood of injury and improve the athletesʹ dynamic balance.
