Supplier Selection in Supply chain Management by Analytic Network Process. (Case study: Fars Gas Company)

Supply chain and its management have recently attracted the attention of organization managers. In fact, organizations are seen as networks in supply chain that help each other to make more added value for their customers. This idea which is making more added value for customers can be achieved by increasing the quality or decreasing the costs. Outsourcing can help organizations to increase quality or decrease costs too. When an organization decided to provide a service or product by outsourcing, selecting the supplier would be an important issue. The goal in the current study is designing a method for selecting supplier in a group decision making.
