چكيده لاتين :
Many of organizational believe that the rule played by communication factors is so
notable in the entrepreneurship. so well determination of relationship between these
factors in the entrepreneurship process could be a wish to gain organizational
effectiveness. For example, Dr. Farhangi believes "effective communication is the key
to open all closed doors of the world." By daily expansion of technology and on the
other hand, growth in the job request, presence of entrepreneurs in the organizations as
a modern strategy is signi ficant for the organization in order to obtaining new
technologies, utilizing opportunities and survival of organization. Entrepreneurs have
special position in economical development of developed and developing nations, due
to this fact, government try to encourage population with entrepreneur skills to create
job regarding activities by most possibilities and the best appliance of scientific
achievements.
Studying relationship between behavioral characteristics (10 characters including:
Decisiveness, Doers, Determination, Dream, Dedication, Devotion, Detail, Destiny.
Dollar, and Distribute) and communication styles used by entrepreneurs (controlling
style, equalitarian style, dynamic style, structuring style, relinquish style, withdrawal
style) in the SMEʹs of Tehran province is the main aim of this study. Using
explanatory-relationship methodology and utilizing quantitative statistics, conceptual
method of the research carried out and tested by spearmanʹs test method. Using
presented model, you can find role of factors in entrepreneurship.
Designed questionnaires distributed between managers of industrial units in Abbas
Abad Industrial town, one of the biggest Industrial units in the province having variety
of industries, and then analyzed separately. Finally. the results showed that there is a
relationship between behavioral characteristics and all communication styles of
entrepreneurs.
