چكيده لاتين

Gold N N -Medicine ,Theref ore ,it is important to find out fuse suitable techniques to synthesize and prepare nanoparticles with different and suitable size, shape and distribution fo r various applications. In this article, preparation of gold nanoparticles by chemical reduction method and application of LsAlanine as a reducing has been discussed. In this study, HAuCl4 .3H}O was used as pre-material (pre-cursor) and Chitosan were used as natural surf actant to stabilize the synthesized particles. The size distribution and fo rmation of gold N electron microscopy and UV spectroscopy indicating the diameter ofgold nanoparticles at the range of I 5-40 nm with fine distribution. The fo rmed nanoparticles and stabilized with chitosan analyzed by UV- Vis spectroscopy that showed the highest absorption at 544 nm, and were stable fo r 20 days
