Correlation between Emotional Iitelligenceand it Subtests with Marital Satisfaction ofHospital Persounel

The presen t research aims to study the correlation between emotional intelligence and it subtests with marital satisfaction in married staff. Statistical population is composed of Fajr hospitalʹs married couples in 1385. The Sample consisted of 177 participants. Research instrument consisted ofCybcria Shrink emotional intelligence questionaire and hudson Marital Satisfaction questionaire. The results of Peirson correlation indicated that there is significant correlation betwecn emotional intelligence and Marital satisfaction. Also, there is significant correlation between self awareness, empathy, sclf-monitoringand Social skills with Marital satisfaction. There is not any significant correlation between self-motivation and marital satisfaction.
