Reviewing the correlation between Self-Respect and Brith Order in Female Student ofFerdowsi University ofMashhad

Research on connection of self-respect and birth order of female university students ofMashhad Ferdowsi university. Sample ofThe research was 375 students studying in 84-85 academic year who were randomly selected. We used deccriptive and inferencial statistics. Cooper smith test was used to measuring self-respect. The results indica ties ofThe subjects that there is a significant corrlation between birth order and self-respect. The average scare of self-respect of middle children is higher than the average score of the first and last children in a family. The difference of the score offirst and middle children was not significant. While self-repect scores ofthe last children was lower 4 than the groups of children. It means that the first and middle children of a family enjoy moreself-respect that the last children.
