Planning integrated productivity improvement model for industry Case study: West Azerbaijan

Studying the present productivity level in West Azerbaijan province and necessity of being informed of the results of the productivity improvement in future developments of this provinceʹs industry will have economic and competitive challenges. Among a set of practical solutions, the selected IPI model is suitable for an integrated and practical productivity improvement. In addition, it has practical and applied approaches in two forms of basic and advanced tools. This research uses step by step method in IPI model and tries to consider the tools with the most adaptability and more integrated acceptance in executive environment of the provinceʹs industry. Meanwhile, the information attained by method of library and field researches is analyzed by using statistical software, and measurement tools, that have reliability and validity. Concluding the collected results from studying indexes shows that: the most important index is TQM in advanced tools type and the least important of them is Kaizen in basic tools type for IPI model. Ultimately, it offers advanced tools in IPI model as the most suitable way for integrated productivity improvement in this provinceʹs industry.
