Survey on role of incubators countered and industrial science and technology parks on succor of industrial unites (case study: kurdestan providence)

The effective role of Incubators and Science and Technology Parks, in enterprising and creating small scale industries is very important, so it becomes a foundation for development in all countries. In recent thirty years more than three thousand incubators have been developed in modern and undeveloped countries. This article studies the probable ways to solve major industrial problems. Case study is industrial section in Kurdistan province. In one hand we classify the important roles of the incubators and science and technology parks; and in other hand we classify the most serious problem of industries in Kurdistan. Finally, comparing them proves that how these centers can reduce the problems and improve industrial situations.
