چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between
conflict management styles (interpersonal) with morale and job satisfaction of sport
coaches of Physical Education Office in Urmia. For data collection purposes in
addition to demographic questionnaire J reliable and valid questionnaires were
applied: a) Job satisfaction. b) morale and c) styles of conflict management. The
population included the sport coaches (male and female) in the Physical Education
Office ofUrmia. Stratified stage random sampling method.
The findings of this study show thai: 1) the sport coaches with high levels of morale
and job satisfaction apply effective styles of interpersonal conflicts (problemsolving,
collaboration) (p
