Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relation between
organizational climate and intrapreneurship in Managerial Area of physical
Education facultyʹs to determine a regression model (n= 188).
To achieve objectives, we used two organizational chmatc questionnaires (OCQ) of
Susman and Sam Dip and Marguerite Hill Intrapreneurial Intensity index (III) as
well. The researcher inspected the later questionnaire. A demographic questionnaire
was provided based 011 research objectives. The instrument of Data gathering have
prepared some fields caused of question stand able by experts and was possible that
we could get a primary studying in context by kranbakh alphabet. For management
sampling, all administrators and managers were gathered from Ll colleges (n=R7)
and in faculty memberʹs area 101 person were selected with random sampling and fit
allocation methods. Among these questionnarics, ~io89.71 of them were returned.
Data gathered from these questionnarics were analyzed through correlation
coefficients, analysis of variance, tuki follow up test, regression analysis and
kolomogorov - smirnov Z.
The results indicate that mean of organizational climate in physical Education
facultyʹs was 61.30 with SD=14.42 and mean of organizational intrapreneurship was
195.09 with SD= 27.63. There was a significant difference between organizational
climates of physical Education facultyʹs (p < 0.00 I). There was a positive linear
relation between organizational intrapreneurs hip and organizational climate values
in management sector (r = 0.750 , P < 0.001). A positive relationʹs were found
between variety of organizational climate and amount of organizational
intrapreneurship (P < 0.(01)
ln general, these values are the result of inappropriate organizational climate and
low rate of organizational intraprcneurship in Physical Education facultyʹs. Results
show the organizational climate as a valuable predictor with Identification
coefficient R2=0.562 for organizational intraprcncruship. It was the basis of
predictor model.
