Comparative Study Of Dimensions Of The Learning Organization In Physical Education Organization, National Olympic Committee And Physical Education Department Of Ministry Of Education

The purpose of this research was to compare of dimensions of the learning organization in Physical Education Organization, National Olympic Committee and Physical Education branch of Ministry of Education. One-hundred and twenty experts from physical education organization were selected through systematic sampling, thirty seven expert from National Olympic Conunittee and thirty eight expert from Physical Education branch of Ministry of Education were selected. that in these two organization the number of samples were as same as their populations. And totally One-hundred and ninty five expert from these organizations answered the DLOQ questionnaire that developed by Karen E. Watkins and Victoria J. Marsick in 1996. The type of this research is applied research, descriptive and presumptional statistic (Ks test- ANOVA - Leven Kruscal walis) were used for analyzing data. The results showed that there is not any significant difference between physical education organization, national olympic committee and physical education of ministry of education in their dimensions ofthc learning organization. And also these three organizations were in a wcak level ofthc characteristics of learning organization and learning situation
