Introduction: ldenf{fjʹing the educational needs is an essential step in planning [aculsv development progrant,ʹ
and plavs an important role in promoting the qualitv cd" education. The aim otʹ this studv Itʹas to
determine and prioritize lite educational needs of clintcattocult» members in nn-tlical school (?( Isfahan
University ofMedical Sciences.
Methods: A questionnaire wus developed in this descriptive cross-sectional Sllh(Y using the indices ii!<:ʹlIrUhʹd
in an opinion pull. reviewing the literature and similar foreign and domestic: studies, and the instrnvnon
including () areas q(/tlClilty membersʹ job description. The questionnaire IlʹilS sent to all clinical j(/(ʹ,ʹtI!.member", ofschool ofmedicine (n=275). The items Irere scoredfrom J TO 20 according to the importune»: ot
that educational need. Data Hʹas anolvzed bv SPS5.; software usingʹ the l1U!Wl and standard deviation
statistical indices.
Results: Different drew, of educational needs were respectively prioritized as: personal development,
research, administrative and executive activities, education, health services and health promotion, and
specialized activities outside the university. The first priority ill the area qjʹ education Iras tlu: method for
developing continuous learning and sell-learning in ....ʹtuilents; in research, datu analvsis skills; in !Ji.YWi}W!
development, English speaking abilitv; in administrative and executive activities. time management: in
health services and health promotion, the approachfor registering patienrsʹ information: and in the area (~(

counseling-for the societv by public media.
Conclusion: Facultv members are in need olul! these 6 major areas ....peciully the area ofpersonal development.
The area ofeducation is notfullv regan/ed as expected. It is recommended to determine th« weigh! (~I
