چكيده لاتين :
The Hydrogen Plant has the function of supplying hydrogen to the Hydrocracker Unit. The process
involves the conversion of light hydrocarbon gases, primarily methane, to hydrogen. In this study all parts of hydrogen plant of Tehran Refinery such as steam reformer furnace, shift converter reactors at
low and high temperature, C02 absorption tower with DGA, methanator reactor and heat exchangers
are modeled and simulated. In other papers instead of C02 absorption tower with DGA and methanator
reactor, the PSA system is considered and this point makes this study unique. Equations from modeling
are solved by MATlAB software and simulation is done by ASPEN PLUS. A close agreement was
observed between the results of the modeling, simulation and industrial data from hydrogen plant of
Tehran Refinery which the final error is less than 2% everywhere. By achieving the correct model of
unit the optimum point of unit is found by varying the effective parameters in model and applying them
in the unit.
