Security Models in the Middle East

In order to give life to security (survival), every actor needs to draw a security model proportionate with domestic traits and international conditions. The Middle Eastern nations are no exception to this rule. The security model dominating the region is based upon balance of power mechanism. Notwithstanding, due to the three domestic crises found in most of the regional countries and vast presence of world hegemonic power in the region, the security model based on balance of power has been unable to provide the desirable conditions for heightening the security coefficient and enhancing survival.
