چكيده لاتين :
In order to assess of tick resistance against domestic commercial acaricidal compounds ,a standard technique is the main
requirement of a resistance test.It should be capable for application to any commercial formulated pesticide , the next
requirement is simpilicityand high susceptibility of test and also the low cost of the test has been interested. In this study ,
thc JackofFAOʹs inpregnated filter paper pocket has been dissolved , whereby, the filter paper can be easily imperegnated
with each concentrationofcommercialacaricides then instesd of having sandwichpaper, it was modified in pocket shape.our
modification might have some advantages in having the same suitability of resistance screening of each insecticde as
reference material. Probit analysis of theseresults indicated that minimum lethal concentration to kill 50 % of tick larvae of
Boophilus annularuswas 0.003 and expected concentration to give 99% mortalityofthe tick larvaewas 0.01 which equal to
I:20 of the recommended dose of diazinon.It can be concluded that obtained base line data and reggrarion line are drown (0
fit this point that itrevealed, the tick populationsdid not show any resistancestatus in this monitoring test.
