Police Women and Career Pathology

Nowadays we face with disciplinary jobs for women and the use of police women in police force. In this essay with use of organization views such as system view which has emphasized on changing the structures on survival of system, and also expedience theory and necessity to pay attention to organizational sources such as managemment of human sources, planning and organizing, and also purposing some views in the field of sociology of job. We have tried to check some probable harms in policing occupations specially for police women with the attention to their obligations and roles and important duties in their families. We point to different aspects of job such as immunity and hygiene, work time, organizational culture and accepting by men work mates, psychic stresses, vital threats and other possible harms. At the end, we suggest the doctoring oF police women and draw a lightening future of police jobs for women, necessary laws and creating possibilities and specific facilities, foundation and suitable organizational culture and other terms as a solution.
