Attraction, training use and protection of police women in different countries of the world Probllems and solutions

Background and aim: According to the importance of police women in Iran , some new discussions and problems in the field of managemment occupation development of police women are raised. Subjects and methods: The study has been done through analytical review articles. According to many problems which face the police women in the world, their solutions can be used as guilds for police women in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore through the use of key words in internet and related networks (publications, webs, institutions ,...) the sources are searched and valid which were related to the subject of this study were practical. Conclusion and Recommendation: The existence of problems and snags in attraction, employment, promote, training and the use of police women in researches and studies become mooted and the soluttions of different countries in classified form are suggested (attracttion, training, use and protection).
