Values form the basic core of culture. This notion, though generally agreed upon as the essential component of culture, has got some differences in terms of its realm, due to the discrepancy of the notion in different societies. When value is considered as the criterion for any social system which looks for the concept of choice, any facet f the social system which is connected to choice and option is known as a cultural issue, and thus, how man treats with nature and how he makes use of the natural phenomena is also considered as a cultural issue. Accordingly, culture consists of the relationships among the citizens of society as well as their relationships with the environment and nature. In this way, value is on the one hand the basic core of culture and on the other hand plays an important part in the formation of social relationship. This intermingles the social structure and culture. The present essay deals with the composites of culture (including ideology, worldview, technology, norms, beliefs, symbols, and values).
