«The Option Principles from the Islamic Juristsʹ Standpoint))

Option is considered as one of the essential reasons for the breach of contracts. The present essay has a glance on the factors which make a breach in the binding contracts and covenants and investigates the breach principles through which the necessity principle can be neglected by common and religious laws and how they can be justified. Besides, the present essay studies the common principles of option among the Islamic jurists and then compares them with the Islamic laws and traditions. It also surveys whether the necessity principle has got any inconsistency with option.
