Man as the acme of creation and enriched by the grace of god and carrying the crown of Gods favor by "we trusted dignity on him" enjoys by nature and originally a dignity God has bestowed on him. The dignity of man transcends beyond the limits of colour and races. Religion or the school of thought that has developed to the perfection praises man - this unique pearl
The Islamic laws, as laws derived from the teachings of God, the holy Qoran , and the true tradition of the innocent fourteen followers of prophet ,can claim to be perfect when they put the dignity of man in the center of their instructions. The Islamic cognition concerning man is a perfect cognition; however, our knowledge of man would be defective if we didnʹt achieve a thorough knowledge of Islamic cognition. The Islamic Laws and jurisprudence have put a meaningful consideration is obvious in the chapters of the jurisprudence including the rituals of worshipping ,then in the merchandise and even in the limit -boundary- extent , Diyye (the money paid to recompensate a crime),and retaliation namely the Islamic punishment laws.
This paper intends to highlight the topic with the examples and their references as well as the jurisprudence experts (Fagihs) ideas so that the conclusion will ratify the advanced , transcendent and developing nature of Islamic jurisprudence considering life in all its aspects. The paper comprises three parts which overall will consider the topic through discussing the worship merchandise and penalty laws. The paper will be on the issues of philosophy of jurisprudence and laws , having the relationship between laws and ethics at its focal point
