Study in comparative advantage in wheat produce in Iran

Over the past years, the international society is goal has been the freedom of world trade; however, the international trade is somewhat still under commerce limitation. This is also true in regards to Iranʹs commerce. The country facing difficulties to join the world trade organization, finds itself confronted with many questions such as what will happen to the single main product in Iran? In addition, agriculture play an important role here and occupies many comparative advantage which can aid the countryʹs economy to some extend. Therefore consideration have been made in order to investigate one of the main crops of Iran, wheat in a process named policy analysis matrix or PAM. There are two benefits in managing this process. One is understand the capabilities of producing this crop and on the other hand, determine the degree of efficiency of these inputs used to produce outputs such as wheat. Also in this case study try to consider the coefficient of normal protection coefficient (NPC), and normal protection input coefficient (NPIC) and effective protection coefficient (EPC). Then with this result we can understand that we have comparative advantage in produce of wheat and we can go for produce of this product
