For assistance to Increase rural,s income and to remove the present difficulties governmentcan be an efficient lever to use the policy of increasing income through developmentof off farm job. However, attention of Planter have been so far income increasement of farmers by encouraging them to work full- time in farms. Looking at the present statistics clears that befor farmers thought of lack of income as a main agent in migration .With increasement of solution to do lateral work , to som extent can persist in this phenomenon and make rural,s stay in villages. In recent Survey, the effect of various factors on income resulting from laterd work, agriculture, animal husbandry and also migration fuctions have been evaluated. With to coefficient relate to parameters of economic geography , the importance of increasing income through lateral work and its effect of level of rural,s migration have been defined. In final analysis, after gathering and extraction of statistical parameters and necessary data about rigions which are under study and compietion of questionnaire with also, sample of linear and logarithmic forms have been estimated on the basis of results and analysis of data and processing of them in s.p.s.s software it is distinguished if people and government invest to gether, as a result the young rural,s migration to cities is restrained and the won,I work out of farm
