Introduction: To investigate the Effect of Aphrodit on induced penile erection y
apomorphine in the at. Aphrodit made by Tribulus terrestris (contain fla enoid.)
Cinnamomum zeylanicum (contain cinnamic aldehyde Zingiber officinali ( ntain
zingiberene and Crocus Stivus contain Crocin).
Methods & material : Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were used. Penile erecti n
induced by apomorphine plus differrent doses of Aphrodit compared with Penile
erect ion induced y apomorphine ED50) without Aphrodit, We a e grooming ,
licking and yawning too.
Res Its: Aphrodit has no effect on induced erection by apomorphine in any doses
Conclusion : These results suggest that Aphrodit has no effect on imp teney
