The Jurisprudence Bases of Refuse

Considering jurisprudence books, we will comprehend that supreme jurists have focused on the sixth verse of Surah TOBEH:" And if one of the infidels seek protection from you, grant him protection till he hears the word of Allah, then make him attain his place of safety, this is because they are a group who donʹt know;" to legitimize refuge in Islam and assign it to unbelievers. However, deliberating on other verses of Holly Quran, traditions and juristically regulations we can justify new issues which havenʹt mentioned by the supreme jurists. Referring to the jurisprudence books and various interpretations of Holly Quran to develop the concept of refuge this essay tried to make a connection between jurisprudence bases of refuge and new issues related to this matter and clarify this relation. In this research, twelve fundamental jurisprudence bases of refuge have been cited.
