Philosophical Supposition(Pantheism Theory) and its Effect on Order and Prohibition Union of Jurisprudence Principles

Pantheism is a theory which is long since attributed to Motesavefeh. With regard to the deficiencies of it, Gheysari and Sadroddin accepted it and plethora of creatures together. Imam Ali points out God is in all objects, but he doesnʹt mix with them. He is out of objects. In this article, the author considers that mentioned sentences donʹt deny each other. According to Mola Saleh Mazandraniʹs viewpoint Imam Aliʹs tradition is the principle of pantheism. He also relates the origin of pantheism which is considered by Sofieh to Osolionʹs viewpoints. They use the concept of pantheism for order and prohibition union. To analyze order and prohibition union, there would be disputes between jurists and Osolion.
