The Comparative Study of Transaction Usury and its Occurrence Situation

Usury is one of the subjects that four reasons( Quran, Prophetʹs way for life, consensus, wisdom) indicate its reverence. The author considers one kind of usury which is called transaction usury to compare Islamic religions and develop jurisprudence knowledge and help to make transparent economic operations. In this article, the author also analyses literal and idiomatic meaning of usury. Then he considers Shiite and Sunni juristsʹ viewpoint about transaction usury and its occurrence situation according to Quran and other traditions .
