Counseling Judicature in the Jurisprudence and Law

The present article analyses counseling judicature in "Figh Imamieh" and Iranʹs law. Counseling judicature or judges plurality means some judges consider one subject and finally judge after counseling. The main question in this article is :" can judicature be counseling or not?" To answer this question, the author divides the article into two parts as follows; a) Counseling judicature in "Figh Imamieh" b) Judges plurality in Iranʹs law However, counseling judicature is not indicated in the jurisprudence but it would be acceptable after considering its advantages and disadvantages. At the last part of the article, the author suggests some ways and indicates judges plurality is useful specially for crimes which their punishment is execution.
