Doubt, Suspicion and Apostasy from the Islamic Religionsʹ Viewpoint

Apostasy is one of the main issues which is studied and disputed by the Islamic jurists. According to Sunni and Shiite Islamic jurisprudence, there would be punishment for refutation of Islamic religion. Islam is a religion which doesnʹt accept force and specifies severe punishment for apostates too. Apparently, there is a contradiction. Nowadays, apostasy is not only interreligious but also extra-religious. If we consider it scientifically, we will make interreligious union. Thus, the author decides to make clear that there is a difference between doubt, obstinacy and religion refutation.
