Jurisprudence Documents and analysins the articles of the civil Law(1087-1094)

In this writing. I try to analyse the eight articles of the civil Iaw.(from1087 to 1094). In the jurisprudence study, the aim is not only to consider the shiite juristʹs views, But also the sunni views. One of their same subjects is Marriag-Portion. According to their point of view, there are three kinds of Marriag-Portion. 1. The first kind is when man and woman agree about the extent of marriag- portion. 2. The second kind is when man and woman donʹt agree about itʹs extent. 3. The third kind means there is a fixed extent for it. In general, the two first kinds are the same for the jurisprudence and civil articles.
