Demanding Damages Surplus to the Blood Money

According to the rationality and confirmation and emphasizing on the Islamic religion, the humanʹs soul is secure and safe from oppression and aggresion. So if someone damages otherʹs body and soul, deliberately or undeliberately, he had to compensate it. Hence it is possible to assign damage carefully. Specially, it is difficult or impossible to damge otherʹs soul. But in according to the jurisprudence essentials, most of the Islamic jurists believe that, the preparation of damage is determined, (but in regard to the kind of crime) which called the blood money,while it isnʹt permissible to increase or decrease that destined extent, for any reason, most jurists believe we should not demand the damages surplus to the blood money. But according to the different reasons e.g certain religious principles and intellectual reasons, the writer concluded, it is more agreeable to demand the damages surplus to the blood money.
