Mirzaye Ghomis Jurisprudence Views During Iran and Russia war

Abolghasem-Ebn- Mohammad Hassan was one of the shiite jurists. He lived during the ten years wars which happened btw Russia and Iran. He also called Mirzayeʹ Ghomi. Tehran government was needed to support by the clergy. And he helped it very much.He disseminated some "Esteftaat" to improve that situation. I refer to two of them. 1. when Russia attacked to Iran, should we repel it or not? Yes, because they wanted to change the Islamic rules and loot peopleʹs possession. 2. should we know the king as a peopleʹs representative? There is no king who allocate warlike booties to the people and the poor while they should be allocated to them.
